I love this video and what is even better this lovely formula is great for hair too (especially curly hair).  The aloe vera closes the cuticles, leaving the curls with minimal frizz, and the Extra Virgin olive oil is a great sealant and very close to the natural oils that your skin re-produce.

If you use it in a small hair spray container u can use it for the body, the hair and a cleanser.

If you cannot get Aloe Vera Water either use Aloe Vera juice diluted with filtered water. Or use just filtered water.

Tip. If you keep it in the fridge when used as a cleanser it will close your pores up

When you have ‘too much choice’ the logical option is to do research but then whilst you research  the choices change as your on a long ting as there are so many ‘choices’ to research.  So you do one at a time, not working too long. So then you ask around (friends/familyaquaintances) and that is disastrous as you still have to confirm everything (cause we all know you can’t believe everything you hear) and the result is the same. You keep missing out as there is too much information to process & it takes a long time.

So then you decide to be lead by your emotions and all over a sudden your all over the place… LITERALLY!!! and it’s a madness and a half. You’re breaking hearts, breaking your own heart, unstable and a hot mess. This really is not the way forward.

So you decide to use a bit of both and BAM… it’s double trouble and you feel like you’re on the verge of going crazy… insanity.

You could just ‘settle’.. nooooooo I hear you scream lol… So you begin to understand that there is another option.  One that requires faith, trust and love… I know mine   Have you discovered yours?

Each day I grow and grow and grow and meet wonderful new people and those who are not wonderful for myself fall by the wayside and I have learnt to just let them go. It’s a beautiful thing as it makes room for more great connections , naah meean lol.
